I love to work primarily in oil and acrylic paints and mixed media.  I love to experiment with composition and colour and spend as much time planning the composition and colour of my work as I do creating the final piece of art.

I am passionate about trying new and old artistic technique and materials and can sometimes be found with her head buried in her grandfathers art books from the late 1800's.  I have the typical obsession of all artists and creatives and get pleasure from creating objects that don't yet exist.

I am influenced by events and landscapes around me and hope that my art can bring either a sense of nostalgia, bright colour and deeper thought and reflection into the houses where my art hangs.

To make my art accessible to everyone who wants to invest in a little bit of colour, shape and ideas I sell some of my original paintings and I print limited edition prints of my major works.

I have recently embraced pattern design and graphic illustration.
